Bliss Nails & Beauty Studio protects the information you share when you book, call, or write to us.

1. Information we collect

• First name, last name, phone number, and email address when you book through Dash Booking.
• Appointment notes or feedback you send us.

2. How we use it

• To confirm, remind, and manage your appointments.
• To send booking reminders, review requests, and occasional studio offers. Reply Stop to any SMS, or call (705) 259-4608, to opt out. You can also use the unsubscribe link in our emails.

3. Data protection

Your information is stored in the Dash Booking system and kept only as long as we need it to serve you.

4. Sharing

We may share your phone number with trusted providers who send SMS on our behalf. They may use it only for appointment and studio messages. Mobile information is not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Text-message opt-in data is not sold or shared.

5. Payments

Online payments and deposits, if used, are processed by Dash Booking through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. See Stripe’s Privacy Policy.
